How to book at Hot Shots?...Follow these easy steps.

Great incentives are available to group organisers as our appreciation for your efforts.

Bookings should be made as early as possible to ensure your desired date is still available.

Groups may be combined with another group to make a more enjoyable game. This is dependent on confirmed group numbers.

Game sessions:

  • Half Day Morning
  • Half Day Afternoon
  • Games run for approximately 3 to 3.5 hours
  • We also cater for special requirements and can organise around your needs

Pick a date, talk to your friends, workmates or teammates to assess the likely number of participants.

Contact us with your tentative booking date.

Please provide the following information:

  • Your name and contact details as group organiser
  • The date you wish to play. Try to have an alternative date in case your first is already taken
  • Whether you are booking a morning or afternoon session
  • Estimated number of players
Collect a $30 deposit from each person as soon as you can so you don’t end up paying for people who may not show on the day.

Within seven days make your deposit payment to Hot Shots. Deposits are necessary to secure the day. A booking remains tentative until a deposit of $30 per person is received.

As staff, food and equipment is arranged according you your group size, deposits are non-refundable. If there is a change to your group size, let us know well in advance so we can make the appropriate adjustments.

Payment can be made:

  • Over the phone by Mastercard or Visa
  • By cheque or money order made out to:
